Refund policy
At MAOR® Coffee, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. However, if your product arrives in any of the following conditions, you are eligible to request a return or replacement:
- Damaged or punctured bag
- Open or unsealed bag
- Defective heat seal
How to submit a return request:
- Take clear photos of the affected product, showing the damage or defect.
Send an email to info@maorcoffee.com with your order details and the photos attached. - Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
- Please note that returns will only be considered when photographic evidence is provided and the issue falls within the conditions listed above.
