At MAOR® Coffee, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. However, if your product arrives in any of the following conditions, you are eligible to request a return or replacement:

  • Damaged or punctured bag
  • Open or unsealed bag
  • Defective heat seal

How to submit a return request:

  • Take clear photos of the affected product, showing the damage or defect.
    Send an email to info@maorcoffee.com with your order details and the photos attached.
  • Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
  • Please note that returns will only be considered when photographic evidence is provided and the issue falls within the conditions listed above.
