1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products through the MAOR® Coffee online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. About us

MAOR® Coffee is a coffee brand based in Spain. For any questions, you can reach us at info@maorcoffee.com.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We accept payment by credit and debit card. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

6. Shipping

We ship both within Spain and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery times are estimates only. MAOR® Coffee is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted exclusively when the product packaging arrives in defective or compromised condition, including:

Damaged or punctured bag
Open or unsealed bag
Defective heat seal

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@maorcoffee.com with photographic evidence of the issue and your order details. We do not accept returns for reasons other than those listed above.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or products that, by their nature, cannot be returned. As coffee is a sealed food product, orders may not be cancelled or returned once shipped, except in the cases outlined in Section 7.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the MAOR® name, logo, images, and copy, is the property of MAOR® Coffee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

MAOR® Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what is required by applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our store following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
